Welcome

My name is Paul and my call sign is KC2WBX.  I am currently a licensed “General” class Amateur radio operator.

I currently run APRS gateways. When I’m on the air, I can be heard on local repeaters found on the 2m (144 MHz) and 70cm (440 MHz) band. I’ve been a Amateur Radio operator (or HAM) since 2009.

I’m also member of the Niagara County RACES and the Net Control Manager for their NET which is held each Sunday at 1830 hours on 444.625 MHz, positive offset, the W2OM repeater with a DCS tone of 125. The second edition of the Net starts at approximately 1845 hours each Sunday on 146.820 MHz, negative offset, the W2RUI (LARA) repeater with a PL of 107.2 to cover the 2m Band for those without 70cm radios.
